Main Difference is: construction companies take construction job work, anything dams, roads, bridges, sheds, complexes etc. (majority of service sector) While intention of real estate developers is business of developing land into complexes, or other commercial utilities by way of layout, plan sanctions, complying to other formalities etc. . They may construct themselves or give it to construction companies.
