I am going to incorporate a pvt. ltd., I want to keep the registered office address to one of my uncle's house. Is it necessary to provide rent agreement stating i am renting the house from my uncle? if yes then without providing rent agreement, how can i make registered address to my uncle's house and what are all the documents required? Please help.

U can provide the conveyance deed or sale deed which should be in the name of your uncle alongwith a copy of utility bill such as electricity bill/ water bill/ telephone bill which must not be later than two months old and a noc from your uncle.
The utility bill must contain the name of your uncle as he is the owner.
