You can file it in "Exempted, Nil Rated & Composition Purchase" head...
The difference between Purchased from Regular dealer and Composition dealer... You can get ITC if you purchased from Registered Dealer... You can't get ITC / loss your ITC if you purchased from Composition Dealer....
