Puchase of land

Dear Sir, My name is gagan deep i am the director of pvt ltd company which deals in a realestate developer  the some company and i have to purchaed a land in partner ship with another individual the payment made by my company and the other individual so i want to know that can we also divide the stamp duty amount which is approx of 25 lacs
