Prov fund qualification

What is the current minimum salary and number of employees for mandatory provident fund membership as in March 2017 ? We have a religious trust with different funds, relating to the Temple, burial site, prayer hall etc, which has separate staff allocated to each find and activity. Will all the staff be considered together for PF qualification, or we can treat it as separate for membership band.
