Property in individual name or company's name

If you are looking to invest in an industrial land  for investment purpose for 3-4 years then is it better to buy in personal name or in the name of your company in which you are already running a business and are in complete control of it's shares and management ?

If you buy in individual name then you pay LTCG at the rate of 20.8% with indexation and benefits of Section 54F whereas you will not get these benefits incase you buy it in your company's name. Is it correct ?
