i think if its starting then u must try to understand everything...

a very good way to learn things from deep by making projects report....

every project requires different level of understanding and skill. so i will sugguest that first you try and understand all aspects of a project and then begin with the basics after that you can prepare any project. this beginning stage of learning is very important.
