Professional tax question
Sir, My yearly salary is 204000. my employer paid professional tax Rs. 2500 on behalf of me so please reply me that on time of ITR Can i take refund of this amount

No You cannot claim refund of the Profession Tax, Though you will get deduction of Rs. 2500/- from your Taxable Salary.
Professional tax is non- refundable.
If employer has paid on your behalf then it will be taxable as a perquisite. And then Deduction under section 16(iii) can be taken..
