in our business we are paying professional fees to 3 members more than 50k every month
we had auto registered professional tax due to gst registration
please let us know we have to pay professional tax for above 3 members

Yes, the individuals are required to registered independently, as earning profession fees.
The firm paying fees is not directly liable for their registration.
Thanks sir, so we no need to pay fees, we will ask them to register and pay their fees themselves
