29 January 2011Whether a practicing CA who is also giving coaching classes to CA course can distribute notices of 'CA coaching classes' with his name ? That is something like "Classes will be conducted by CA.XYZ.B.com,ACA,DISA". Whether it will amount to professional misconduct ?

No not at all. He can write his Designation Chartered Accountant. Not considered as a professional misconduct .
But if he writes his firms name then it will be considered as a professional misconduct.
