Form no 10 G has to be filled in and filedbefore the jurisdictionary commissioner along with all enclosures specified in that. As a matter of general principle, 80G is granted only to charitable trusts which have effectively done charitable activity for atleast 3 years. No fees is payable for getting approval.
As regards change of trustees, refer what the trust deed says about this matter. Normally a trusteeship is for life as most charitable trusts are irrevocable in nature. It is not like other office bearership where the trustee can simply resign and leave. In any case change intrustees must be intimted with regitrar of trusts/charity commissioner and also the IT commissioner.

First of all Thank you Sir, but What Should I do for alteration of trustees Whether I have to make a new Trust deed ? or I have to make affidavit ?Sir, Please tell me the exact procedure.
