Dear fellow members a party received an assesment order and demand for AO for A.Y 2013-14. This happed because assase did not appear for any proceedings before AO. Now that the order is passed and demand is raised we want to file an aplication under section 264 for revision. Can anyone please explain the proceedure and give an aplication formfor the same.
