Can a Private Trust be a member in a company?

Trust is not a legal person and therefore cannot be a member of company.

Even Partnership Firm cannot become member except in section 8 company

LLP (Body corporate) can become a member as well as partner of other LLP.

Trade union registered under trade union act is a person and become member
