The Minimum Authorised capital and Paid Up capital for a Private Limited company is Rs. 1,00,000/- in any case.

Minimum Auth. capital and paid shall be Rs. 1 lakh rs. and amended guidlines had been issued by MCA plz see the latest circuler for more clarifications. in www.mca.gov.in/notifications

can a chartered accountant create a pvt. ltd. company . main object is management consultancy.

Yes a Chartered Accountant can incorporate a private limited company but a chartered accountant can not be treated as the Promoter except where the C.A does not charged anything from the client.
