Principal refuses to sign form
I have completed my articleship in September. My principal is refusing to sign articleship completion form. Morever I have not taken any excess leave. he is forcing me to work even after my completion period.What should I do? I'm in a terrible situation. pls help??

Use..form 119.. Read the guidelines of that form.. Its for these kind of situations where principal refuses to sign form 108..properly go through the guidelines.. And contact icai helplines for doubts.
