i am Accountant in small company. i know the TDS, service tax entries and vat entries. but currently i looking for new job for my carrear growth. where i was go they ask me for Balancesheet preparation. i know the importance of it. can you guide me for how to prepaire it..? is there any video lecture on it......?please help me.

its very simple my fren, actually in accounts and company law , there is revision of Shedule 6 , which talks about banlance sheet and profit and loss and its format, just try to read this new format and its notes to accounts, and solve few simple and small questions on final accounts from any degree or PUC text book... believe me you'll learn with an ease way...:-) don't believe in any stupid videos which take long process to learn:-)
