I want to appear for CA Final (New Syllabus). Till now I have been giving Group 1 under old syllabus but could not clear. So this time I am switching to Group 2 for a change.

I am working and also studying. So i want some data on books to refer for each subject of Group 2 in such a way that I refer one book for a subject and can quickly study to appear for May 2011 attempt. I have just 4 months to prepare..

Kindly suggest some good books so that I clear in first attempt by self study...I do not have time to attend classes.

Regards and Happy New  Year 2011

HI vinita

for group 2 u can follow the following books:

Costing - Padhukas or Vashist & saxena

MICS - ICAI module & dinesh madan

DT - TN Manoharan or Padhukas

IDT - Bangar or vaitheeswaran or padhukas

in IDT vaitheeswaran notes are very simple and lucid and other two that is padhukas & bangar are

Q & A type.

normally all padhukas are Q & A type only.

the above  books mentioned are only few there are some others books available in the market.

ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR EXAMS

reconsider the books mention above for isca , costing , it and dt ,for isca dinesh madan is not sufficent module is the best to go for

for  costing  again module and paduka is best

for direct tax   just refer to the solved exam paper for nov'2010 and the suggested issued by the institure there is 40 marks difference  the concept are completely wrong

for it v s dattey is the best just reverify before  trusting on this books
