Bank Processing Fee for Term Loan -> Defeered Revenue Expenditure to be written off over a period of Term Loan

MSEB Connection ,One time expense write off as revenue item

Sales Tax Reg., One time expense write off as revenue item (Deposit if any to be shown under deposit)

Stamp Charges for Land Purchase: Capitalise to Land Cost
