Pre-incorporation expenses consists of only Roc forms filing fees,printing of moa aoa only..Bill will automatically generated in MCA site its facinating that u have no bill..Login check payment status u can get bill..

1.Preincorporation expenses( asset a/c)

            To directors personal a/c(liability a/c)

2.For food and other are revenue nature

Miscellaneous expenses 

           to directors personal a/c

3. is same as 2..(except laptop u capitalise it)

and pass an entry for repayment to director personal account
