As institute is shifting to practicle approach in Examinations, how far it will go in Nov 2010 Exam? I am actually worrying about Audit (final) paper. What can be asked in Nov. exam as practicle in Audit apart from professional ethics and accounting standards? I think institute will follow its trend for golden theory topics like bank audit, insurance etc. Give ur critics cum comments..
I m also worried about this but paper setting is not in our hand , we should prepare for the best and ready for the worst.
i suggest u the followings if u feel right then follow them
1. Ca final may 2010 old course auditing paper : bank Audit questions came in exams covered by the paduka so use a coprehensive books for the preparation so u can cover every thing
2. For nov 2010 Standards on Auditing are the most important area u should focus as these was covered less marks in may 2010 old course and now a days there are lot of changes has camed in them .
3. For the professional ethics you must read at www.icai.org ---> know u'r ethics and find the case u had not read last time ( u definately find 3.-4 cases in them )
4.The first question is mixed of ( Standards on auditing + Companies Act 1956 sections + guidance notes on auditing / accounting +accounting standards )
5.LAST BUT NOT LEAST DEAR U HAVE TO SCORE AT LEAST 45 AND OTHER WILL BE COVERED BY PRACTICLE SUB LIKE MAFA AND A/C
