Ppf on salary

Sir,I own a retail shop with a staff of 26employees,so is it necessary to contribute for pf? None of my staff have earlier contributed to pf from previous employers.Also at present i am deducting profession tax and tds on eligible salaries .Please enlighten me with your knowledge as to what necessary deductions should be done by me on their salaries.Awaiting a reply !
