If any assessee falling u/s 44AD file their return form ITR-4 instead of ITR-4S by mistake but he has comply all provision u/s 44AD... Is it correct or Wrong and if it's wrong then what the option available for him.

The mistake is not much serious. But is is advisable to file Revised Return in correct form i.e 4S if the time limit for filing revised return has not expired.
