YOU CAN ASK ICAI DELHI ABOUT WHETHER ICAI PERMITTED OR NOT COURSE WITH CA FINAL THEN YOU CAN MAKE IN WRITING PERMISSION FOR JOING COURSE IF ICAI PERMITS YOU THEN YOU MAY JOIN COURSE BUT ASK PROPER OFFICIAL BEFORE JOING COURSE WITH CA FINAL...
