Plz help or i'll quit 2nd grp final

Hello friends I am appearing for final 2nd grp this may.....I will b getting off from office from 8th April.....I haven't started anything till now coz of long hrs working.....I haven't taken any coaching but m in slight touch of each subject...I am 25 yrs and want to clear this tym at any cost.....plz suggest some good books that should b very concise and easy to understand in one read....so dat I can cover all subjects in one month. I am avg student so I dont want tough nd tym consuming books....plz suggest concise books mainly DT nd idt 2 cover my syllabus in 1 month.

Read recent amendments and case laws applicable for may 13 exams given in RTP for dt and idt. they surely come. In DT, first complete the important chapters like income from business, capital gains, assessment procedures, transfer pricing, NR and so forth.

Books- DT-Manoharan, IDT-Bangar, ISCA-Dinesh Madan,Costing-Notes of any classes wil do and practice manual

And pls dont think about quitting. Give your 100%. All the Best Varun!!!!

Varun,

I would suggest those books in which concepts are explained in a very lucid manner and not very detailed in your cases( only 40 days left not enough time).

Remember you have to revise the entire DT & IDT in 1.5 days, it is very difficult to revise TN Manoharan Sir book. Otherwise it is great book.

I would suggest, for DT - Y Bangar & IDT Ajay Jain where revision is very easy. (Pratcice manual , RTP & Supplementory are very very important).

If don't revise a day before exam, it is very difficult to recall, what we studied a week before.

Revision is key.

Time is a constraint to everyone, no pain no gain. By referring to some concise book, what in case you fall Short in securing the aggregate. My point is not to dissuade you but make you understand the importance of conceptual clarity. Prepare from a good standard book, this does not mean from page 1 to page 1500 you should study fully. Your strategy should be based on recent exam trends complemented by your smart thinking. Best wishes Sathish
