Check the VAT with care, because sometimes in expenses like machinery maintenance they would be claiming VAT where it is already taken as an INPUT CREDIT

There are lot many things to check Check the process of removal of by product and waste from the factory it is liabke to excisebornif destroyed in factory Check the cenvat credit Check revese charge for the service tax many make a mistake here Check esic and pf compliance Check the depriciation as per the shifts Check mat or AMT as the case may be Check loans to fulfill conddition of 269ss abd 269t Check advance tax credits Please tell which product isnbeing manufactured for more precise points
