plz... help

my friendd has written her pcc exams in may and could not clear... after her exams she took transfer of her artcleship from mumbai.... but as of now the institute has not send her the confirmation letter... now can she write her exams in may 2011?... if yes from whom she habe to take the principal's sign... she has already joined another office....
