For this you can refer the https://indiabudget.nic.in/ub2009-10/fb/bill10.pdf. In this you will have all the amendments to the finance bill 2009. You can refer Direct Taxes only, it's up to you choice that what all type ot taxes you want to refer.

I am sure this will be of help to you as all the amendments are there in this.
