im a pcc student just got my result of 5th attempt...im really upset with the marks i got ..
i was expecting atleast 60 in my a/c paper but i got just 42 and also i failed in audit while i was expecting somewhere around 55..
my question is should i re valuate my marks ...ive heard tht its of no use ...

and do i need to re register for pcc to appear my nest attempt as it is my 6 th one....

I would suggest.... if u r sure 4 ur marks den should go 4 revaluation

as its juz d risk of Rs. 400/-

I would lyk 2 quote u 1 example.......

dat eg. is of my ownself.In my Nov'10 attempt of PCC, I was vry sure 4 ma result dat i'll pass.

i passed in individual sub. but aggregate 145

i gave all 3 papers 4 revaluation. 5 marks were awarded 2 me n i cleared

Yet d ultimate decision is urs. U r d bst judge

For ur 2 nd ques. i would suggest go 2 ur nearest regional office n confirm.......

i got exact 200 in group 1 and im 14 marks short in group 2.....so should i give only second group or both groups.....

Sagar ji, acc. 2 me u should go 4 only 2nd group.......

Cz u nvr knw ICAI, dey may decrease d marks also

As u hve 200 in 1st grp, means i assume u cleared d grp

n if dats nt d case u go 4 bth d grps

N i would advise all of u dat plij dnt wait 4 revaluation result, cz it may cum in oct end also, so plij star preparing 4 Nov'11 attempt

Cz my may xams were starting 4m 3rd may n got call 4m insti dat my group is cleared on 2nd May i.e juz 1 day b4

PCC first group marks : 42 43 45 ..total = 130........ should i go for Revaluation or Not.....

Acc. 2 me Vikas ji, i dnt think ICAI would increase 20 marks.....!

Still dpnds upn luck n u knw better den me ki how were ur papers

There is reocouting of marks and no revaluations. even if you are confident about yourselves but recounting is just counting the marks you have obtained.
