PGBP,CG,Assessment procedure,appeals & revisions, double taxation relief,Spl. prov. to companies,collection & recovery of task,penalties,wealth tax, recent case laws & recent amendmens

All the provisions relating to 1) International Taxation 2) Tax Evasion 3) Assessment Procedures 4)Recent Amendments & its implication on other provisions. 5) Select Case laws

This should cover atleast 60 marks. The reason behind is that there so many changes changes in FA 2012 ki pura IT Act hil chuka hai. ;)

For other 20 -25 marks you should go through  Sec 10, 11,12,13 Chap VIA & Wealth Tax

Acccording to me you should concentrate on the follwing topics

1. Selected Case Laws-Covers 30 marks

2. Ammendment - covers around 15-20 marks

3. PGBP - covers around 10-15 marks

4.Transfer Pricing-minimum 5 marks.

5. Practicals from Supplement study papers & RTP - Covers around 10 marks

I think this would be enough for u to clear ur exams.
