No... No university will grant exemption for any papers for any course... Mandatorily he/she should take all subjects...

Dear Sanjay,

There is not any thumb rule declared by our prime authorities for such an exemption, besides there possibly may be exemptions declared by different universities in different subjects. Unless you know the institute which gives such an exemption you will have to keep searching for such institutes.
