Please clarify my doubt
In trading a/c if there is no gross profit and no gross lost the company can still continue or shutdown. Is this possible.

it may be possible that company is under farmation stage. in this case there will be no trading profit or loss in trading a/c.
The company might not be carrying on any manufacturing or trading activity. So its possible. You dont need to shutdown the company.
