Planning for CA firm

Hi,

I am CA and certified  SAP FICO consultant with 4.5 yrs of experience. I am working as consultant in well known organisation. I am

interested in establishing my own CA firm. So what you will suggest, to go ahead or not?
And what things I have to consider before moving ahead?

my thoughts are that you should first get some handy experience from some local ca gus where you are planning to set up ur practice. If possible set up a partnership firm so the risk level goes down.
