personal ledger account..... cnt b explaind in d foroum.... bec its very lengthy....
but for d crux u cn tke it as "cash"... v pay excise liability through 2 ways... 1. is by using ccr and 2. by using PLA or in other words by payment in cash

PLA ( Personal Ledger Account) generally used for deposited of excise duty, interest, penalty and other excise liablities throught cash/cheque and debited excise duty
