Yes any one who completed the ICWA (CMA) final can go for Phd and, this is apporoved by the Govt. even in the Govt. Job also it is applicable

yes, but its not very beneficial to go for Phd after CMA... I would suggest one should go for CS/CA/CIMA/CPA/IIM-MBA..
Phd would be helpful if u wish to go for Teaching line or Practice.
