Hello, I have taken a personal loan and have used it for the reconstruction of my house..whether I can take a deduction for the same.

Seems you mean tax benefit for home loan. Since you have taken personal loan you will not get benefit of home loan irrespective of the purpose for which it is used. The bank will not provide interest certificate for home loan.
