Percentage of basic in a gross salary

Hello all,

is there any provision that the basic/basic+da should be 50% of the gross salary? What should be the percentage of basic in a gross salary & in which act it is mentioned?

Kindly clarify.

1. What are the impacts of not issuing an appointment letter, Salary increment letter & Salary slip to the employees?

2. What are the impact of considering the capital expenditure as a revenue expenditure?

Plz reply along with the AS applicability.

YES,UNDER PAYMENT OF WAGES ACT IT IS NECESSARY TO ISSUE SALARY SLIP TO EVERY EMPLOYEE.
