Dears,
There is new now a days about penalty for non filing/non furnishing of details of foreign remittannces in Form 15CA and 15CB, whether TDS applicable or not of Rs 100,000/-.
If anyone have material on this kindly confirm.

It is now penalty of one lakh rupees in case of non-furnishing of information or furnishing of incorrect information under section 195(6) of the Act. W.e.f. 01.06.2015
