We are a JV company and our priciple has been supplying few technological parts from parnent company, so Customs has said the JV partner as releated party and asked us to Pay 1% EDD and open a PD bond. Subsequently we have got SVB order allowing us to import material without paying EDD.
When we tried to get back the paid EDD, Customs is requested us to close all the Bill of entries which has been listed in the PD bond. But in our case we have lost some of the original Bill of entries and TR6 challans.
But when we claimed for what originals what we had in hand, Customs is advising us to close all BOE listed in the PD bond, or to provide a letter stating that other BOE we wil not ask for refund.
How can i claim EDD refund for which we dont have original TR6 or BOE?
