18 January 2013Dear friends, please clarify my doubt that is " I completed the articles in PCC mode but could not attend the ITT training programme, can I appear directly to exam in May/ December for PCC or I have to change to IPCC mode and completed the ITT then only eligible to appear the exams? please clarify.
