Payment to foreigner in cash while on tour in india

our MNC registred in India under company Act has engaged a employee ( citizen of Myanmar) in Myanmar for its works in near by area. Can we make payment of his/her salary or travelling expenditure in cash, while she/ he is on tour in India for company's work/ induction programme. . .
