Payment outside india
Sir, i have imported goods in india say for $100000. i have to pay that amount to seller of goods outside india. however they direct us to pay that amount to one of indian company to whom they have to pay.
can i pay to indian company or compulsary i have to pay to foreign creditor?

It is not neccessary that you have to pay to the origin country provided, you have a genuine payment advice received from the client. Also try to mention the payment terms in the import invoice
