Payment of service tax

Dear sir,

I have dount regarding service tax payment.  I am working in a service organisation as an accountant. Please clarify my doubt. I submits service invoice alongwith service tax amount. some times we use service from others and I pay invoice amount alongwith service tax. In this case can i pay service tax amount after deduct what i paid to others.
 Please clarify my doubts.
