Dear friends,
I have to file service tax return of one client but they are miss Payment acknowledge. so how can I file a return without acknowledge or is it possible to get from anywhere? it's very urgently.
In this regard if you to be filed revised reurn then also need duty paid challan. So better is that we search the same. Because if you deposit through bank then chq. no. date and amount can be traced, if cash then you have to need search the same from your banbk.
