Partnership reconstitution

There is a running partnership firm of say 4 partners. Two partners r going to retire. Also d remaining two wants to continue d same firm but wid a different name. So is it possible to change d name of d firm. If yes den wat r d legal formalities associated. It is a trading firm. I am enquiring bout d procedures. Nd will d same firm continue to exist wid different name in all departments. Does d banks agree to for.continuing OD CC facilities. What are d formalities with respect to Registrar of firms. Do v need to obtain NOC from all d creditors nd lenders. What is d approx time to complete all d procedures. Does same TIN CST no. remain in force. I know dat all d certificates, deeds, agreements nd licences which contained old name has to b re obtained wid new name.
