Hi, can anyone please tell the pros and cons of holding a part time COP?

According to my knowledge, part time cop has no value for any CA.
But there are certain benefits like
- You can enter into Partnership firm
- You can start up your own firm
But you can’t do any certification work and you will not enjoy any signing power
