Note : The above form can be used to intimate the moderators regarding abuse of the platform.

PAN is compulsory for e TDS filing... If there are 100 parties for whom v need to file e TDS. For how many parties it is enough to provided their PAN????

Eg: X Ltd having 100 deductees

PAN available only for 70 deductees

Can they file E TDS?????

Yes...Now WEF 01/10/2009..There is NO Criteria For 90 % Deductee Should Be PAN Quoted...

Now New Provision is Without QUoted PAN Deductee U Hav To Deduct TDS At Flat Rate 20%.

Dear Ayush correct yourself...............

The prov. of 20% or more Flat deduction will be aplicable from 1 Apr 2010.
