Pan card - ppc objection

Hi all, 

There was a spelling mistake in the address in my PAN allotment Letter and that needs to be corrected to apply IEC.

I applied through UTI on 21 Nov 2011 and my online status shows

“UNDER PPC OBJECTION” & “FATHER NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN NCC DATA & APPLICATION DATA”

I tried sending an email to utiisl-gsd @ mail.utiisl.co.in but it bounced back without any specific reason

Please help me with what I should do now to solve this and get my allotment letter with correct address.
