If yes then what is requirement for pan card application if applicant is minor?

minor can apply for PAN card , document shud be sent of responsibleparent, & PAN number will be allot of same as of parents, as the case may be.

Yes Minor  can apply for PAN

For this Parents ID and Address Proof plus photo of minor alongwith id and address proof.

Form should be signed by Parents.

Yes, a minor can apply for a PAN Card.

Name and Address proof of one of the parents & only the birth certificate of the minor is required to be provided with a colour photo of the minor.

The charge is Rs. 94/-.
