Dear Harish,
The main cause for failure of delivery is wrong address. The address mistake might be made by the applicant or due to errors at the courier. What happens when courier company cannot find the right address to make delivery is that they return the item to the sender. At other times, there might be a problem with processing your card and so it may not be dispatched at all. So where should you begin from?
