No need to contact.
Composition scheme can opt out anytime by filing FORM GST CMP-04 in terms of Rule 6(3) of CGST Rules.

Yes applicable if turnover exceeds Rs.2000000/-

Government has opened option for GST Composition Scheme for the assessment year 2017-18 for small traders. The persons who want to avail the benefit of the scheme can apply till September 30th.
